Con­sul­ta­tions are by appoint­ment only; no walk-ins, please.

We  accept only cash, check, and VISA / Mas­ter­Card / Dis­cover credit or debit cards and pay­ment is due at time of ser­vice. We are not able to bill your insur­ance com­pany, but will pro­vide you with the nec­es­sary paper­work to sub­mit the costs of the vac­ci­na­tions and con­sul­ta­tion visit your­self to your insur­ance com­pany for reimbursement.
